Broad band Antireflection Coating

Specifications:

Broad band Antireflection Coating has low reflection in wavelength range of UV, visible and near infrared of spectral region. The reflection depends on wide range of antireflection and it is variable between 0.3 -1 percent.

Description:

Broad band Antireflection Coatings (BBAR) are the most common and useful optical thin films that are used in the most optical systems. These optical coatings are made base on wide range of different wavelength. BBAR can decrease reflectance of surface in special range of wavelength at least 0.5 % so it can help to avoid wasting transmittance. Our coating part of TechTradeBrooz Holding works toward producing different kind of BBAR in wide range of wavelength (Infrared-UV) by deposit optical thin films on the substrates.

Beam Splitters

Specifications:

A beam splitter is an optical device that splits a beam of light in two. It is the crucial part of most interferometers. A beam splitter that consists of a glass plate with a reflective dielectric coating on one side gives a phase shift of 0 or π, depending on the side from which it is incident. They may or may not have the same optical power.

We can produce high-energy cube beam splitters from 1×1 mm2 in size, and in a wide variety of materials including fused silica and BK7.

Description:

In general, the reflectivity of a dichroic mirror depends on the polarization state of the beam. Our products can be optimized to function as a thin-film polarizer, where in some wavelength range a beam with a certain polarization can be nearly totally reflected, while a beam with different polarization is largely transmitted. We have produced two kind of beam splitter such as Beam Splitter Cubes and Fiber-optic Beam Splitters.

Many beam splitters have the form of a cube, where the beam separation occurs at an interface within the cube. Such a cube is often made of two triangular glass prisms which are glued together with some transparent resin or cement. The thickness of that layer can be used to adjust the power splitting ratio for a given wavelength.

Our beamsplitter cubes are derived from a unique combination of IBS coatings, ultraprecise fabrication and our epoxy-free bonding technology.

 

 

Dielectric Laser Mirrors

Specifications:

A dielectric mirror, also known as a Bragg mirror, is a type of mirror composed of multiple thin layers of dielectric material, typically deposited on a substrate of glass or some other optical material. By careful choice of the type and thickness of the dielectric layers, one can design an optical coating with specified reflectivity at different wavelengths of light. Dielectric mirrors are also used to produce ultra-high reflectivity mirrors: values of 99.999% or better over a narrow range of wavelengths can be produced using special techniques. Alternatively, they can be made to reflect a broad spectrum of light, such as the entire visible range or the spectrum of the Ti-sapphire laser. Mirrors of this type are very common in optics experiments, due to improved techniques that allow inexpensive manufacture of high-quality mirrors.

Our manufacturing techniques for dielectric laser mirrors are based on thin-film deposition methods. Common techniques are physical vapor deposition (PVD) which includes evaporative deposition and ion beam assisted deposition, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), ion beam deposition (IBD) and sputter deposition. Common materials which are used in our production line are magnesium fluoride, silicon dioxide, zinc sulfide and titanium dioxide.

Dielectric laser mirrors are optical mirrors made of thin layers of dielectric coating deposited on the optical substrates. We offer dielectric laser mirrors for fixed, narrow band or broadband wavelength applications covering wavelength ranges from UV to IR. Wide selection of round, elliptical or custom shapes as well as spherical, cylindrical surface mirrors and substrates ex-stock or made by request.
